Accommodation for short, medium and long-term periods
available. The Centre caters to university staff/students
or to people needing accommodation in Brescia for
work purposes. We are also part of the medical insurance
plan for the city hospital and for various nursing
homes to accommodate relatives of the patients.
We are also handicapped accessible offering the
suitable accommodations required.

TERMS
AND CONDITIONS FOR EFFICIENCY APARTMENT:
Prepayment to be made at the beginning of every
week or month. The price includes room, heating
and air-conditioning, electricity, water, weekly
change of sheets and bathroom towels, weekly cleaning
from our staff. It is possible to have breakfast
at our on-premises restaurant for € 5,00 extra
per day. Final cleaning obligatory € 70,00. A
deposit of € 200,00 is required upon arrival.
The deposit will be refunded after final check
of the efficiency. It is possible to have access
to free parking within the premises. Each efficiency
apartment is equipped with kitchen corner and
dishware. |
